From the film Beatstreet from 1984 the track in question is played by kenny when they are breakdancing in the derilect building,after the rap "us girls"by lisa lee and debbie d(the guy is playing the pipes in the basement at he same time!)1980s cover version of the METERS??? Holla back pleasepeace
