What is the website that backs up the internet?

It's sort of like a search engine where you provide the date and the web address and can view and use the site (with limitations), presumably, the way it was on the date you selected. I remember looking at some old strut pages this way, but forgot the address. I'm pretty sure this was on npr awhile back.Anyone know what I'm talking about?
