Best Way To Make a Thumbnail Gallery On A Website?

Strutters, I am wanting to make a thumbnail gallery to display several images on a website I am making, but not too sure what the best way to go about this is. I'm not trying to make the fanciest thing in the world..but nothing too ugly or tacky. I've searched a bit on Google for free website/html templates that would help, but I thought I would ask on here for any recommendations on the best or easiest way to make a thumbnail gallery..whether it be done using a template or in photoshop and I try to code it myself(although I suck at coding). So, if anyone can suggest a good way to accomplish this I would appreciate it since I really have no clue. Help!! Thanks.

damn. I tried to download and and I kept getting this:

"The connection was reset

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading."

I tried it with both Firefox and IE, but no luck. I guess I need to try to find a similar program to download.
