He got his first turntables at the age of 17 and the world of Hip Hop accepted a new participant. Since then, Drez has worked with The Black Eyed Peas, Bahamadia, Medusa, The Living Legends, and The Anonymous to name a few. He has performed at The Smoke Out, Bob Marley Day, Winter Music Conference, The X Games, Coachella Festival, and Reggae on the River among other events. Besides appearing on Chocolate City(KCRW), Divine Forces Radio(KPFK), The Beat 100.3, and Power 106, Drez has also performed on television and in film: BET, CBS, UPN and New Line Cinema... Drez continues to produce solo projects and collaborate with other musicians. His first solo release was Say It Loud EP, followed by The Capture of Sound. Most recently, Drez along with Veteran Jazz pianist Marty Williams, produced Moon Bay Sessions EP. His latest release, Jahta Beat reveals his long time passion for vibrations from the East.
