Fucked up cut-outs

We all know that cut-outs are never a good look on a record sleeve.You've got the circular hole
the cut-off corner
the rectangular bite
and they all vary infinitely in position and size.This is by far the worst example I've got in my own collection:
The record in question is Patti Drew "Wild Is Love". As you can see, the hole not only goes through the outer and inner sleeves, but penetrates the record itself right in the runout groove. Needless to say, this is not a copy you would put on and leave playing to the end. I did that once ??? goodbye stylus!What are the most idiotic placements of cut-outs you've experienced?

I've had a few throught the label area (one fucking up the poster included), but that one is ugly!
