Design heads: Photoshop/Illustrator help NSFW(?)

I know this can be done in Illustrator but I don't have a copy of it. Only Photoshop 7.0. So I have a circle and I want to run some text along the inside of the circle following the curvature of the circle. I believe the latest version of Photoshop has a tool for this but is it possible in Photoshop 7.0? Anyone with Illustrator willing to help me out?Here's the image I'm working on. I want to run text along the inside circumference of the circle containing the SKIN logo. Maybe just the contact phone number, venue address (don't like it at the bottom there), and maybe the contact email if there's room.

warp text > arc?

I have illustrator and could help if that doesn't produce good enough results.

Highlight text and click on the Warp Text button up top.
You'll get:

Then just find the style you want and adjust to fit.
