You don't see gefilte fish on too many lunch menus around my way. What are some bread-less lunch options? I'd like to avoid matzah at all costs.

    Sounds like you should hit a chinese place. Very little leavened product sold there and tasty veggies, hold the pork. Good Pesach brother.

    I'm having leftover brisket!!!! You can do a lot of veggie-only things and chicken's always the move. For the bread, you're SOL, but it's only for a week!

    I'm fucking with "protein-style burgers" at the local In-n-Out. They were obviously put on the menu for carb-concious folls (they don't have a bun; just a big-ole lettuce leaf wrapped around the burger and fixings).

    But the Jews benefit from this diet craze around these times of year....wait: ask yourself "who benefits"? uh-huh...the JEWS.
