Prelude-Guinness Connection???

So a friend pointed out this auction the other day, which specifically notes how the back of this obscure early Prelude LP bears a remarkable resemblence to the back of Guinness label LPs 
The layout, typeface and even the ADDRESS are identical to the Guinness LP I pulled for comparisonI've never heard any explanation of the roots of Guinness or who was behind it... other than the obvious 'scam label' stuff. Does anyone know of an actual connection here?
