Wherever you live, what are they playing in the skreets while us nerds are inside posting on the internet? PLease include number of car windows you've heard it coming out of (or dormrooms i guess if you are that supremely disconnected) so that we can all keep score................or your soft.

Are you implying that there are not real D-Boys on soulstrut??

You know you got a D-boy if you got somebody front you some, be like havin' two daddies. One time my homebody fronted my an 8-ball at 3 O'clock, at 4:30 he wanted the money back. It's rough bein' on that thang man... How you gonna front me somebody done fronted you? He ain't no real hustla. The dude's shootin at both of us. He ain't gave you a quarter probably. Tellin y'all we comin' up...

A real D-boy know you gotta get your own work! You don't get high on your own supply... Till later that night.

I gotta go drop off about thirty keys...

    Car Keys...

I know Keak is the dude out here but is he killing it outside of the yay like that? His new shit is CRAZY btw. He has this new song with something about senioritas in the title that will be the next smash. You heard it hear first on soulstrut bitches.

All you gotta do is mention Keak and everyone out here goes right into that "hyphy hyphy hyphy hyphy" echo.

For most kids in Austin, that's the first they've heard of him.

But he's definitely in favor right now.

    Also, Trae for days...

And the NGOK cd has been selling like hotcakes.

    You can get one here:

Scrappy saw a dude ghostriding the other day in NYC

I do my part by gas-break-dipping and riding doors open when I can...

We'll see though. If 40 drops that T-Pain joint next it's a wrap for him out here....

    "Muscle Cars" plaese

    that T-Pain joint

My wife and I were shocked and saddened when we heard the "radio" version of his single for the first time...

    ...a Dancer?[/b]

The E-40 track is good though.

I have little else to add other than saying it's impossible to avoid the new T.I. on the radio. Not that it's a bad song, just very very exposed right now.

since moving to los angeles i've hear "i need love" by LL about 500 times. 500 times more than i've heard this tune in the last 10 years. must be the sensitive lyrics that keeps it pounding out of the bass cars.

E-40 has been the biggest selling rap record on vinyl and CD in the store I work at over the last three weeks (though I doubt many folks who shop with us are getting their cook on).

Mitchy Slick and Don Diego are standards, but neither of them have put out something brand new in a minute.
