I had two copies of the uk version in my hand and both looked like og first presses. The only difference between them was on one, on the back it had an extra line of copyright text pertaining to the police and theives track and the other one had a blank line. Does anyone know which one is earlier? Any help would be appreciated.

    Both were pressed at the exact same time - to the minute - but one is from a parallel universe.

    Ive got the UK one, but i dont see any extra line about police and thieves. As a general rule, i always assume anything added would likely be later - like, they realize "oh we have to include this other thing" and the next batch of covers is modified to suit. it seems rare that a later edition of any lp has stuff taken away, unless its a drastic repackaging/reissue type thing.
