Doc Severinsen's, "Brass Roots"A weekend pickup i am just getting to. i listened to the first track last night, the bassist is doing it for me. Can't wait to get home and listen through this one.Anyone have any band info? i dont remember seeing anything on the back cover but a glowing review from Johnny Carson. Released in 1971. Picked up a pretty large stack at a local flea market over the weekend. Best of Herbie Mann Atlantic is pretty nice...the last track has Dave Pike and others peaceDr joel
