When selling your million dollar raers on ebay, is it in bad taste to leave the original price tag on, showing how you found the record for $5.99? Or does it provide the buyer some sort of future inspiration to keep hitting those dollar-bins?

For cosmetic reasons, securely and safely take the tag off. Leaving it on is tacky.

  • depends on the sticker,

I take off all price stickers that budge

but sometimes the sticker feels like the damn thing has been laminated on there and peeling it would cause a tear/rip on the cover...then I'd rather leave it on.

I dont sell records, but I keep alot of the stickers on to remind me of that era's cost.

  • This is a pet peeve of mine. Take the stickers off of your records. Aesthetically displeasing.

    Jeezus, who cares?

I'm thinking about the price and the condition and nothing else when I'm buying--why do you dudes care what the seller's profit margin is?

wouldn't leaving a price tag on effect the condition?
