eBay question (Shipping to related)

An item I had up recently finished and a buyer from Canada with 0 feedback won. I'm not thrilled with the 0 feedback and for the "Ships to" portion of the item's description, I put United States only. I wanted to make a "Second Chance Offer" but under the reasons for doing so, eBay only lists unpaid items and not met reserve price stuff. Anyone have to deal with this before and if so, what did you do?

You're within you're right to second chance it as you stated shipping within US only.
Though as usual with eBay's Achilles Heel, he can give you a negative.
If the item is small and he does want to pay I'd just up the shipping cost a bit. It's not much more than Priority for Canadian Airmail, in some cases it's less for items like LP's & 7"s.

well the shipping thing is nothing to me but i'm concerned about the 0 feedback. i should have put something in the auction about 0 feedback bidders but im still new to this shit. i figure the shipping thing is a better reason to second chance offer than the feedback thing, right?
