eBay Seller laci-bacsi - is he slow to respond?

I won a couple of records off eBay seller "laci-bacsi" who has a high rating, but four requests over two weeks for a total with shipping have gone unanswered. Anybody dealt with this dude before? Is there a better way to get him to respond so I can send him the $$$?

    I bought something from him once... it took a while to arrive, but I didn't have any problems with communication as far as I can remember. Sorry,

    Ok I finally looked up his website and it looks like shipping is the same for both 1 or 2 LPs.

    pretty slow, and he sends in these funny pieces of plastic (the two times i ordered from him), but reliable and well graded.
