The energy on here has been weird this week.

    I go to an energy healer once a month----------she balances all the chakras, and the 7 levels of the human energy field...............not too bad for price, $100 a session.......I also get hot rock oil massage once a month, that's only $70 an hour....mad worth it.......practice Qi Gong daily (Eight Brocades), and T'ai Chi Chuan(yang style, 108 movements) when I have time to go through the form............life's grand, especially if you perform regularly-----you absorb alot of peoples energies at shows and it's challenging to keep "open" with a bunch of rowdy drunks......take a sea salt and baking soda bath the day after to cleanse yourself after a show from stagnated or negative energies..........it's the closest thing to ocean water, unless you live near a warm ocean that you can swim in.........anything else?

    perform anything--for me, it's cutting up records and dj'ing---------for others---whatever. Anytime you perform in front of a big crowd of people....It's fun, but you have alot to deal with when your done (new fans, new people, friends,being out of schedule and up late when it's after midnight in a club in a strange environment and havn't been home in a while or wherever, drinks, weed, whatever)......



    Part of the reason that I got into all of this is that I've also been skateboarding for 14 years, and have broken my: left ankle(several times), broke my arm, dislocated my left shoulder twice and popped it back in(which your not supposed to do) broken my left wrist twice and my right wrist once and have a twisted left femur....I didn't really want to be full of metal----they haven't made (adamantanium yet, that might not be so bad)----------and needed to be able to heal myself without surgery or future development of arthritis---------not to mention what scratching does to the wrists(carpal tunnel----digging crazy dusty spots to the lungs---and working on music for long hours slumped in a chair all hours of the night------------



    Obviously I accept the responses to my statements with humility, but, It's all gravy bro.....
