What to do (record disaster)

I really like this label and am dying to hear this. I dont know how the record got this way but i tried playing it but to no availEver been in this situation. should I use a pointy 45 holder, should I grind it to 45 size, weights....?????thx for the advice

Grind it out to 45 rpm or take two plastic 45 spindle things and make a record sandwhich to recreate 33 1/3 hole
