Pretty Simple MAC mail help request: Syncing rel..

Hey, does anyone know how to do this? I did this before...Basically what I did before is I hooked one computer up to another, and I imported my mailbox (Mac Mail) from one to the other. Everything was up in there. I'm trying to do that from my desktop to my laptop.Anyone remember how to do that? I couldn't find it in Help.
