technics repair help (price check)

I think I might have yanked the rca cable out of place. How much should I expect to pay to have it repaired/replaced??By the way, I realize that you can repair it yourself, but i'm not exactly Al Borland when it comes to tools.

    I paid $80 for both of my tables' rcas with gold plated female rcas about a year ago.
