Does anyone got the Makeba & Skratch "Mental Fitness" CD ???I heard there are 2 bonus tracks on it, could someone post them here, I need to hear them.PeaceHawkeye

Theres actually 3 extra tracks that appear on the CD & Tape versions of Mental Fitness. I think 2 are on the tape and than the third is on the CD

The tracks are called

Knockout
Changes
Your In Good Hands With Scratch

Its a shame that these 3 cuts dont appear on the vinyl Mental Fitness because IMO all 3 are better than most of the tracks on the LP.

I'll post up some audio later on.....

Throw out a few of the slower, weaker songs on the LP and replace them with these other bangers and you have a MUCH MUCH better, more even LP...
