There a couple of relativly simple programs out there that will do this for you. (most can be found on a decent torrent site) I think the one I've used is 'easy recovery'.

Basically what you delete files/folders, they don't get wiped from your computer, until you save new information over it.
So this program will just bring back all the old folders, like you'd never deleted them.
