I know nothing about hip-hop. nothing. But I see you people get in major "beefs" about it and it looks fun. I feel left out. So, please translate soulstrut peoples' taste in hip-hop into something I can understand. IE: "That guy listens to the hip-hop equivalent of Oingo Boingo"thank you.

Not to derail, but I was just talking about Boingo the other day.
Anybody ever go to their early shows before the whole Dead Man's Party stuff?
    They were hella strange!

They used to play these videos before the show (kind of like Devo's?) that were wacko. The one thing I always remember is there was this woman with her mouth stuffed with beans or mashed potatos or some shit and she was on this loop spitting it all out while yelling "Biz! Biz?!" (which I always assumed referred to the laundry detergent). Sounds crazy but it was a truly surreal moment in my youth...

Plus that first 10" was pretty damn cool stuff.
