Love does not come from within me, but flows through me like a river. A river we have bathed in together.
You could not be loved any more than you are. You, for a short period of time, became the center of so many worlds???a feat which makes me envious. You were an organic declaration of everything pure. But as much as we wanted to keep you for ourselves, it was not your wish. Created by exclusive expressions of desire, you were born of selfishness. Yet you inspired selflessness. As we gathered around you, our relationships with others and ourselves were called into question. We can only hope our answers make you proud. What we were unable to give you in this life, you will without a doubt receive in the next.
