Anyone checked this? They are touring together and she's got a 45 out on Taxi covering, I believe Burning Spear. I like the record, but has anyone seen them live? Are they working on a whole album together?inquiring mindz want to know...

    Ticket prices were insane at First Ave., something like $45. That being said I did not go, heard it was empty but still a good show.

    IT sounds alright...maybe because the band is all legends and the singer can mildly hold a tune. While Jamaicans seem rather adept at cover other types of music (Funk "Sealing Dub", "Gready G", "Soul COnstitution" - and soul "I'll Be Around"), the reverse more often than not sounds gawd awful (witness those US musician-played Ska albums etc...). It's worth $15-20.
