For those not in the know, this guy was the ultimate english guitar improvisitory champion. He could shred yr. ears and ass using NO effects at all (modern guitar little dudes take note!), or cradle yr. shit on a cushion of tremelo clouds and make ya feel all nice and wise.He also wrote a massive book on improvisation and it's nature and uses in music, which I have yet to read, but will probably seek out now.He died on christmas eve.MASSIVE respect and love.I'm out.
