paypal WTF?

So I sent this dude a record a month ago and then a week ago he opens up a claim saying it never got to him. I respond to the claim with the usps customs label number that says the record was accepted at the post office the day he sent payment. On the bottom of my auctions it says not responsible for lost or stolen items so I'm think that paypal will realize that I took it to the post office and it's out of my hands and not refund dude. Then 5 minutes ago I sign in and see that've fucking refunded him. WTF? what's to stop him from having the record at his house already, is there anything I can do or do I take one for the team. FUCK PAYPAL.

    Appeal to Paypal but these chargebacks are known to be a MEGA BATCH.

    ya it's almost not worth the 40 bucks that they took back, so much for seller protection though.
