    that other post had me dreaming of ribs.

    Sandmans out here got some ribs. Yes, they can give you mud butt.

    Man, I was going to Etufee. The bosses are buying. I was planning to order some ribs and taking them home, then get wasted on the company dime.



    I'm still getting wasted on the company dime, but we're going to some frou frou restaurant, owned by the same folks only in birmingHAM. I doubt they'll have ribs.



    I dig the holidays... sometimes.

    Y'all vegetarian softies gonna have to get you some Morningstar Farms or something.

    I tried to be a veggietarian. I bought Veggie riblets. Cooked them, bit one, and then went out to get real ribs at Sandmans.

    Well, for starters they're pork. 'Good' pork is white, red is the ass. BBQ pork looks red (some places) because it's, well, BBQ'd.

    I suppose it is a campaign, but it's always been considered white meat in the culinary world.
