Just finished: LOL that album has the mother of all emo-pop sensitivity covers ... nice record, tho. I really dig the Merry-Go-Round stuff, too.On now: Is it me, or do these dudes not get enough respect? Houston's finest could do dancers, ballads, covers, instros, disco - as good as anyone else, and over more years than most. This LP is always at hand."I've Been Trying" kills it.What's on - and in - your system?

WOW!
Beautiful.
excellent music.
It is really nice, has that weird sense of humour and tragic going on at the same time. Invention pour John is my jam.
i saw these box sets recently
how are they?
Nice. I almost started a "Dusk at Cubist Castle" Appreciation thread last week but...ya know. Didn't think it super-appropriate. OTC are great though.
I just have the American one (not the British one) but I dig the hell out of it. It's not super-deep, so if you have a lot of 60s pop/garage/poppsych then you might not need it. But I own very little of what's covered here, so it's perfect.
I'm really tempted to drop the bones on the "Son of Nuggets" that came out this year...little Xmas pres for myself. Anyone have an opinion on that one?
Anyone else could listen to "Liar, Liar" by the Castaways on repeat?
Easier to heist from web than drag out the camera.
Trust me, I wasn't taking a shot at you for not snapping a pic of the cover, I was just trying to be funny. Trying.
And all I know about Van's stage antics is that my friend and I rewound "The Last Waltz" like 23 times to watch the end of his performance, including the freeze frame on his zooted-beyond-belief face as he gets right up to the camera (and pushes it out of the way) that is
