E-Bay logging on problems

Anyone else having trouble getting on right now? Every time I try and log in the sign one screen pops up again.

    Perhaps somebody hacked your account and is ordering all the raers?

    or giving me a 'not accepting cookies' warning

    While Sign In issues appeared to be resolved earlier this morning, we are aware that some members may be having intermittent issues or slowness signing in. We are continuing to work on this problem and appreciate your patience.

    I had this problem all day. Got a paranoid later that maybe I was trying to log in to a "fake-site" but I realized that wouldn't happen..
