(NRR) Virtual PC

Anybody use this? I got it running on my G4 dual 1.42. I use it for eBay Turbo Lister since it's free and the Mac equivalents cost money. I notice that when I play music through it I get popping noises. Is there a buffer setting that may be off or something? I really don't know jack about Windows. It's not a big deal because I can play music from an OS X app while I'm in Virtual PC but if it's a problem I can fix, I might as well.

this may or may not help, but i know that somewhere in the settings for vpc there is a setting
for how much ram you can allot to windows, i think the max is 512 or whatever,
but maxing that out might help.

The short answer is Virtual PC is a piece of junk. On each revision I hope they'll pull it together, but it's always frustratingly short of usable.

For instance I'll try to access files from some of the virtually mapped drives from the mac side and about half the time the program crashes.

It also increases how much disk space it uses based on any new files you put in the PC side. As far as I know there's no way to reduce it once you remove those files.
