    Silver Cloud on Lombard is good for a laugh. But no private rooms. Plus I think that's King Most's territory so you may have to pay protection.

    As for private rooms..I'm thinking maybe "Green Door Massage" on Stockton street. No karaoke though...

    huh? lake ST. whats that? are you talking about that abandoned hospital near lake and park-presidio? never been inside but that spot looks creepy.
