    It comes from $hort's "Shake That Monkey" ("skinny hoes let Bruce Bruce hit it") and the Ying Yang Twins' "Saltshaker" ("let Bruce Bruce hit it"), although I don't remember which was first. Since $ir Too is an ATL dude these days, I think it points to an ATL origin, although both were so huge in the Yay that every Yay rapper has some kind of Bruce Bruce punchline (e.g., "we don't want it if you let Bruce Bruce hit it").

    I think Bruce Bruce is in the "Saltshaker" video. Damn, that dude is ugly.
