mylar sleeves - best price?

At the risk of being too what is the best price out there for mylar sleeves? (not the mooshy poly sleeves) I sure as hell aren't paying $65 per 100 from bags unlimited. So far I've found $29.99 for 100 with resealable flap from A HREF="http://www.elusivedisc.com/products.asp?dept=380">elusive disk and $18 for 100 (no flap) from A HREF="http://cgi.ebay.com/100-12-LP-Record-OUTER-SLEEVE-2-5-Mil-Mylar-CLEAR-BEST_W0QQitemZ4762288737QQcategoryZ52473QQssPageNameZWD1VQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem"> cousins vinyl on ebay. Any advice? Will probably get 500 so maybe there's some bulk ordering ninja moves out there?

    is it like the kind of plastic that those Japanese sleeves are made of or what?

    They're crisp, clear, & have more body than regular polypropolene sleeves. A lot of dudes seem to call these "japanese" sleeves.
