what is it about this Bermuda soul band that had ties to cocaine and heroin smuggling?Does anybody know any background on this band and how common it was for bands in tourist locations to have ties to drugs?http://www.bermuda.org.uk/ted_ming.htm

    i'm sure that in itself is common--but i mean--bands that had an existence to basically peddle drugs to tourists and the people in the crowd.
    i know all the mafia stories surrounding the de-lite/pickwick associated labels.
    but i'm just wondering how common this was/is?

    slightly off topic but i recall when the wailers were in london they had a seperate apartment just for their weed. they also had barrels of water from kingston harbour to wash their locks in.

    and what of the legend of the floyd live at pompei??

    didnt they get busted eavign italy cause half their PA gear was filled with dope?
