Intoxicated Anna Nicole Spurs Live 8 Suit DECEMBER 2--Claiming that an "intoxicated" and "scantily clad" Anna Nicole Smith marred this summer's Live 8 concert in Philadelphia, organizers of the charity fundraiser yesterday sued the Trimspa diet firm for failing to control its erratic spokesmodel. God forbid!!! A drunk, scantily clad slut at a Rock Show.....Let's sue!!!.....Rock & Roll is officially dead.

    suing trimspa - or anna - is not the right thing to do.

    but i'm not buying your leap to the conclusion that rock is dead. i wouldn't say live 8 is a rock show.
