in auction descriptions? I'm gonna take a guess and say they do, but has anyone ever gotten away with it?

    I'd be interested in knowing as well. I was about to experiment with this. At least one can hear how crackly a record is. I really doubt they care as long as you're not posting full songs or links to offsite stores. Should be fair game.

    I think technically any link to an outside website is a no-no. I would think especially a file that could have some kinda virus would be something they'd try to avoid. But I wonder about how good at catching it they are, unless someone reports you.

    i think it's one of those things they have as a rule but never enforce unless someone complains about it.

    i've never had any problems....

    i link three sites on all my auctions to promote and as hosts for images and sound clips

    I just added these sample - sample to listings. I'm so not worried about it.
