I have seen the future of Madden, and it is fan-fucking-tastic. Worth all the $$$. Some features (like training camp, Madden Cards, and call-challenging) are absent, but can be chalked up to getting the game out on time. Assuredly, future versions will correct this (and I don't think most will mind perfect referees). Honestly, once you see the sweat on Shawn Alexander's face (yes homo) when he breaks the HB Slash for 6, or the pitiful, dead look in Chad Harrington's face when he gets gang-sacked by the Hawks' D, you can't go back to PS2.
Just snag some Depends first.

Extra bonus: rosters are updated at least through Week 4. For example: Orton is the Bears' starter at QB.

Though I will say alot of the Madden- heads I know say the game doesnt even really feel like Madden and its getting mixed reviews from my doods. I am not a big fan of the football games, but that NBA 2k6 is superb.
