Someone stole my old Ebay account and are using it

I just checked an old email address and realized I had a lot of emails from Ebay..one stating an email address change verification,one from Ebay China,and several confirm listings on various Ipod products. I figured it was just bullshit as usual but just in case I went and tried to sign into the old Ebay account that I used to use before I had my new one that is tied to my personal bank account(old one was my girlfriends bank info). When trying to sign into my Ebay account, it kept saying password was wrong. I checked feedback and noticed recent activity,negatives,bad grammar being used on feedback replies and location:CHINA!!!! Shit! They are using my account. I have yet to call Ebay to straighten this out..figuring my girlfriend will have to actually be the one to do it and she is asleep at the moment. Has this happened to anyone? Whats the best method to resolve this..just call them asap?

    its crazy..I finally got into my account by doing the "secret question" password thing..and read my 60 something messages/alerts which were sent by 60 something idiots that paid for these Ipods. Hate to sound harsh..but c'mon..it looked sort of fake don't ya think? No paypal..just money orders taken,etc. Anyway..looks like a mess but I will get it straightened out I am sure. Looks like dude made a few quick bucks..and I am sure this isnt the only account he/them got going on.
