Does another version of this song, called "The Makings Of You", exist...? Curtis made his version, nah? Here is the tune by Gladys Knight and the Pips... Claudine OST... Curtom...

    sorry, not sure where my copy is...

    it's a cheapie 45 though - an alternate b-side to 'stone good lover' or 'cheating is a no-no' I think.

    I think this singer named Aretha Franklin may have done it, too. I hear she's pretty good.
