No warm up needed. You roll in at 9:00pm and play anything. People go nuts. Maybe because people loose their inhibitions with costumes? Whatever. It's great.

I wasnt even at my best, more concerned about drinking and lookin at the "good girls" that use holloween as an excuse to be sluts.
but yeah, roll up, start, and people go nuts early. no effort needed.
ALL DJ GIGS SHOULD BE LIKE THAT>
Me, I like shit simple, as Fatback described. Roll in, set up, play, people dance, end of the night...everybody leaves.
But I am gonna make the best of it! By the time the band is done people WILL be ready to dance.
Anyone in DC interested in a costume party on Capitol Hill(in a very cool house, used to be a corner store), PM me for directions/details bands will probably start at 9 and go thru 11pm, so I will be in effect after that.
Mylatency, this is the same house party space that Fatback brought you to when you were in DC that time! I owed the host a favor so here I am doing a free Halloween party!
People are gonna die at this.

That's a cool idea for a custome. That song runs through my mind every couple of weeks.
