    You are exactly the sort of person it is intended for.

    Why is it that no matter how many times it is explained to them, little dudes still cannot grasp that "You sound white" does not mean "you sound corny/stiffnecked/like Jeff Spiccoli"?

    It means "what you just said bespeaks white privilege" and white people should be encouraged to call other white people on that sort of behavior.

    Typically pathetic reactionary. Any white person with a decently calibrated sense of right and wrong must suffer from "white guilt".

    Maybe you even think you're making a joke. But there's nothing funny about that phrase and you should understand that you are using the language of hate.

    White Guilt = Whites going out of their way to be uber-PC because they feel bad about slavery and the legacies of racism since then.

    The phrase gets used as a way of critiquing policies that seem based less on rational social/political considerations and more on a knee-jerk reaction NOT to want to seem racist.

    That's the theoretical meaning.

    But I don't believe I've ever seen/heard it used except by some ass-hurt white person grasping for reasons to ignore a critique of racism.
