Is this what rap music has come to? I am embarrassed by American popular culture. Please to explain any redeeming qualities of this song and/or video. It's like the culmination of all that is played out and boring in hip-hop.

  • I really like this song. It's supposed to be fun and it is.

I also like this comment from that youtube link:

it looks like their shirts got shrunk in the wash but then they got a rebigulator to reverse the effects but it went haywire resulting in the 7xl frocks you see before you.

  • frock rap.

i have never had as many requests in one night than i have for this song.

its ok. not my favorite, but its fun. i like the beat a lot better.

now "back it up" is a different story. that shits hot.

Which is it you dislike-- dancing or just having fun in general?

i've got a lot of respect for the oomp camp but i'm not all that into this record.

that said, i don't really see what the problem is that would evoke such a dramatic and negative response.

haha. well, if you must have an answer - dancing.

for real this joint just struck me as TOTALLY derivative of a lot of recent Southern joints; the fabricated dance-move chorus all the way down to the NBA frocks in the front yard video.

but apparently this joint gets the SS seal of approval so maybe I should give it a second listen. I apologize if I hurt anyone's feelings. I am the first to admit I am somewhat disconnected from the Southern rap game these days.

Okay, I knew I recalled one of you little dudes trying to hate on the one DJ UNK.

I just got back from Atlanta and I am now all up on UNK's album.

    Just so you know.
