    I went pretty hard in RHKTD before the download links music died.

    I went pretty deep, too. But more than that, there was a thread, perhaps as part of some sort of celebration (?), with many of those records being shared publicly, prior to any pay-walled special place. That democratized rare-record share fest felt even greater because everyone was able to join in. I probably downloaded more records in a few days than I did with a few years of access to #RHKTD.
