BLUES track ID plaese?

I was listening to a bootleg of Nirvana's last gig and noticed this lil blues toe tapper playing over the PA right at the end of the recording.
It's kind of muffled, but I was wondering if anyone could shed light on what it is?
Starts at 1hr:23:00.
Lyrics (from what I can make out) are something along the lines of "this morning" / "baby I love you so" / "come on back baby".
There's also a harmonica solo right near the end which could help identify it.
