	I believe as, you do, that an immediate withdrawl would have been a bad choice. That's why I chose my words carefully. An expedited drawdown, rather that a bolstering and further protraction/intraction, was my ideal. This has clearly not been accomplished.<br />

	But let's just say this ends in few months and gets Gaddafi out.  Is that a "war"?  Really?
