	There are five soldiers being prosecuted for war crimes in connection with these photos.<br />

	Who do you suppose is prosecuting them?  Elves?<br />

	I'm against the expansion of the war in Afghanistan, but holding Obama responsible for murders committed by some rogue scumbags only makes sense if you can show a pattern of ignoring or condoning this kind of thing.  That was the case with Abu Ghraib, which only came to light because of leaked photos.  Here the photos are part of a prosecution that's already underway.<br />
