I worked in Forest Hills/Kew Gardens for 3 months last year and paid visits to a lot of these buildings, for all I know I was in his as well. It's a pretty safe area, lots of elderly folks and a heavy Jewish population living in mostly old rent-controlled buildings. It's an isolated incident, no way reflective of the neighborhood.
