You'd have to define buying blind.<br /><br />don't know it's proximiy to known dope tunes (i.e. a collection)?<br />don' know city of origin?<br />don't know independentness?<br />don't know aritst?<br />Don't know producer?<br />don't know songwriter?<br />no "popcorn" or "do the ____" in the title - i.e. don't know song?<br />don't recognize the origins of the label font?<br /><br />etc..., K in Canada.<br /><br /><br />p.S. Some years back I bought Richard Stoute's "Vehicle" somewhat-blind, traded a copy to a friend who then traded it to our freind Miles Cleret of Soundways Records who then repressed it on 45.
