Boombox 1 - worth getting excited about?
I love REAL Old School compilations and was hoping that somebody like Soul Jazz or a similar label would one day bring out another one, though this market for CD compilations might be shrinking faster than I'd wish for. However, I am not sure whether this is worth getting excited about. A lot of previously compiled stuff, isn't it?
1 At the Place to Be by Mr. Sweety G previously comp'ed on New Star and BBE 2 Positive Life by Love Bug Star-Ski and The Harlem World Crew previously comp'ed on Ol' Skool Flava 3 Body Rock by Neil B not previously comp'ed, I think. 4 Philosophy Rappin' Spree by Super 3 not previously comp'ed, but bootlegged on 12" 5 Move Your Body by Bramsam neither comp'ed nor bootlegged 6 On the Go by Black Bird & Kevski neither comp'ed nor bootlegged 7 Rhythm Rap Rock by Count Coolout neither comp'ed nor bootlegged 8 Rappers Convention by Harlem World Crew previously comp'ed on Heroes & Villains 9 Willie Rap by Willie Wood & The Willie Wood Crew previously comped half a dozen times... 10 Searching Rap by Bon-Rock & The Rhythm Rebellion reissued on In The Mix and comp'ed a few times though not on well distributed labels 11 One More Time by Sugar Daddy not comp'ed or reissued, but cheap as an original 12 The New Rap Language by Spoonie Gee & The Treacherous Three stone cold classic, but comp'ed and reissued repeatedly 13 And You Know That by T.J. Swan previously comp'ed half a dozen times 14 Cop Bop by Portable Patrol not previously comp'ed or reissued / bootlegged; fairly cheap as an original 15 We Are People Too by Master Jay previously comp'ed on Traffic and P&P 16 Boogie Feelin' Rap by Sweet G previously comp'ed more than half a dozen times 17 Equidity Funk by Mistafide super rare as an original, but comped at least three times

Harp & Tabla
I recently was looking for combinations of Harp and Tabla (any recommendations welcome, there is a lot of horrible stuff around....) and came across this, which added a violin to the mix:
This is pretty much what I was looking for.
Problem is that this seems to be only a Youtube clip.
Any idea whether these people have ever recorded a proper CD together:
Georgie Pope (harp), Gulzar Kayam (violin) and Kayam ali kawa (tabla).
