... Obama fanboy ... to his liking ... You clearly didn't read it well, because the author went to great pains to emphasize that they were not, in fact, a fanboy... ha ha, especially when she said "As a mom with small kids ..." Details, details

don't know the question, but the clip is probably on youtube by now she shook obama's hand, said she was honored to be on stage with him and something like "no matter what, we'll be okay." standing ovation. another "human moment" from her, but more…

some soundbites of her quote omit the word "really" so it sounds a little worse to the slackjawed yokels listening to Hannity I'm still not sure if the clip was altered or she gave the same speech twice either way, this is probably the first anti-O…

I think you also need a new monitor (HDCP) to play bluray ... or an HDMI output in order to connect to a television. Of course watching bluray on a 17 inch computer screen is not quite the same as a huge TV.
-
I guess you could download Bluray movies, although I haven't seen a lot of untouched discs and personally would prefer to buy rather than download a 40 GB movie. Some places have compressed Bluray rips @ about 8 GB, but I've never checked it out. …

I missed most of this week's episode the first 2 (uncut) were on IFC tonight IFC should be playing it in the first place, it's much better than that crappy sketch comedy they took from Fuse

Christian Science Monitornice call, sometimes overlooked but it's a great paper

www.memeorandum.com www.realclearpolitics.com i've been checking RCP regularly over the last couple of months Washington Journal on CSPAN is top notch unfortunately i usually don't have time to watch it but certainly check CSPAN channels, most of …

choosing rhetoric over experience is foolish. i don't think many people here are making this choice there are many other factors at play experience is not an indicator of a good president anyway Lincoln had less experience than Obama and he was one…

I liked the theme to The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada

Obama is leading the raw vote total, even when Fla. and Michigan are included. And he received no votes in Michigan. He will certainly need more superdelegates to reach the official nomination total. If the superdels overturn the result of the pl…

yeah, she's probably done Obama is down in the big states but I'd be surprised if he can't close the gap like he has done everywhere else seems like she hasn't even tried to win most of the recent states? she's not going to Wisconsin until the wee…

some more woolliness

with all the campaign coverage, it would be cool if TV channels did more of this type of thing. much more interesting than asking the some analyst to weigh in every 8 minutes. obviously the first guy knows his stuff, he gets grilled but remains …

Nice list, I'm not into the frat comedies or comic book movies but I always enjoy a good doc. Funny Games, can't believe that's getting remade (shot4shot) I saw it on IFC before they started playing The Anniversary Party on repeat pretty good ... b…

stand up to Bill's cheating Camille Paglia wrote about this last month http://www.salon.com/opinion/paglia/2008/01/10/hillary/index_np.html

nice to have a real explanation for that btw New Mexico started counting provisionals, it was originally a 1,092 vote difference. I was just there, only saw Barack ads on TV but they were kind of boring. http://ap.google.com/article/ALeqM5iCc92PU…

i wonder if clinton has enough dough? it looks like money is becoming tight. they were originally planning to enter "general election mode" by now. http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2008/02/06/politics/main3799059.shtml (AP) Hillary Rodham Clinton l…

My point is that suggesting a current poll offers any real indication for a general election eight months away is kind of useless.national polls also overlook the fact that each state picks a candidate hence the 04 map is somewhat valid there is an…

I feel you. I don't want to overplay the race card but it's hard not to play it, under the circumstances. they had a latino spokesperson on NPR recently explaining why Clinton was so favored he denied the racial issue but had no more explanation tha…

another bad poll from zogby very disappointing

Not at all. Politicians are spineless. If Obama has the momentum and the mandate, they'll all turn over like flapjacks. also a huge chunk of superdelegates are currently uncommitted. I was thinking about this crying business, it seems at odds with …
-
wow, nice call on the crying scene obama has made amazing/surprising gains in the last few days has gone from 20 points down to "even" in a lot of places he seems continually on the verge of a tipping point i do believe a longer race favors him, …

yeah, that show is good from what i've seen i just wish AMC wasn't so anal about editing out words like "shit," ruins the angry dealer vibe

is it really a leak? they posted it on their blog http://reupgangrecords.net there are 2 versions there, i'm not sure which one you posted originally

funny interview from what i saw Larry: "you're known for keeping it real. there's nothing realer than reality television ... isn't it dangerous?" also tried to rap with Snoop, he rapidly pounded the table while reciting Sinatra lyrics anybody know…

What do you think she cost?? that's botox? I didn't watch the debate but Volfgang is terrible. He holds that pen like a security blanket. I don't know if he has ever actually used it? Last night Blarnity & Colmes also had John Cleese co-…

The above hardly passes for solid evidence that Edwards is a crooked as he claims. Can anyone elaborate on the "bankruptcy bill" or the "China (trade) deal"? These seem pretty generalized and unsubstantial.I wouldn't call him crooked, but he has c…
