So simple, but always funny is tape or rubber band around one of those kitchen sink pull out nozzles. They go to use the sink and the nozzle blasts all over them. Fairly harmless too, since it's only water.

I've had no problems and customer service, although my interactions have been minimal, has been surprisingly good. Not mad. I read so many terrible terrible reviews, but so far so good. I had ATT before and the speed was not worth the price.
